Plan was half the price of one offered by the travel tour company and had exactly what I needed in coverage. The site was extremely helpful in finding the right coverage. Highly recommended!!!

We had a major delay in luggage (4 days) but did not purchase replacement items. The plan will only pay if purchases are made and not for inconvenience. So it seems to reward making unnecessary purchases...ie. a coat that will never again be worn!
