Unfortunately the car rental company(Thrifty UK) didn't accept the car rental part of the policy but that is no fault of CSA.

Fortunately did not have to make a claim, but the application and purchase procedures for the plan were very easy, and the amount of coverage we needed, along with the price paid, were outstanding. Best travel insurance I found on the market.

I have used CSA travel Protection for many trips and thankfully have not needed any service. But I always feel at ease knowing that if I have a problem I can call and get the help I need. I have recommended CSA to many friends and they have purchased the plan.
