I believe most would agree that you cannot completely rate the CSA Custom Luxe policy until you have a situation where the policy needs to be used so you can see the policy put into action. As for the question, "How satisfied were you with this plan?", I also don't think you can really answer that, until you have needed the services of the policy. I have however called customer service and received great assistance with some questions before.

This has been the third time I have insured my travel with CSA. I like that CSA offers many coverage options, and I can tailor the insurance to my needs. I have always found CSA to be very responsive to my requests for information or assistance, and there is never any guess work as to what coverage is included in the plan. Everything is spelled out simply yet concisely. I will most certainly use CSA again for my travel insurance needs.

I've gotten travel insurance so many times and never used it. This time I had a hard fall and injured my elbow, needed to see doctors in 2 different states. Once I got the paperwork for those visits together and submitted, it took 2 or 3 weeks to process, another week for me to get the check. Everything was approved! Thank you, CSA! Now if only they could help my elbow heal faster.

I didn't use the plan, so I really don't know whether it works or not. I was happy with the InsureMyTrip website experience, and a multitude of carriers that were presented to me. I am an insurance professional, so I understand insurance very well. The website does a good job of dealing with a very specialized type of insurance which even professionals like myself don't have much experience with. Even though I did not use the plan, which I am happy that I didn't have to,the coverage as described in the policy seemed adequate.
