Since we didn't need to file a claim, we can't really say how good the CSA Travel Protection plan was. However, we felt secure knowing it was there if we needed to use it.

We consider trip insurance as just part of our vacation costs. We cruise a lot and are always trying new things where we stop. It's nice to know if something happens we're covered. We know someone who slipped walking down some stairs on the ship and it ending up costing him $4,000 in medical bills.

I guess not having to use a policy makes it good! The only way to review it is to put it to use. I bought this one because it was the best deal for a large emergency evacuation coverage, which is the major reason I buy these. Insurance is supposed to cover extraordinary risks.
