I didn't use the plan, so I really don't know whether it works or not. I was happy with the InsureMyTrip website experience, and a multitude of carriers that were presented to me. I am an insurance professional, so I understand insurance very well. The website does a good job of dealing with a very specialized type of insurance which even professionals like myself don't have much experience with. Even though I did not use the plan, which I am happy that I didn't have to,the coverage as described in the policy seemed adequate.
