The claims administrator is required to adjudicate claims based on the terms and conditions of the policy. Unfortunately, phones are a listed exclusion on this policy. When the airlines lost my checked bag, I was glad to have the delayed/lost baggage coverage. I did not have to file a claim because the luggage was located and expedited to my location, but it was good to have peace of mind that I had coverage if I needed to replace the contents.

I wish there were a way to buy a year's policy rather than trip by trip. We have made a claim with CSA on our last trip and they were very prompt paying it.
