This plan offers comprehensive Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage if you have to cancel or interrupt for one of the listed covered reasons. We had to submit a claim for medical treatment on a cruise ship. The online claims process was relatively easy, and though the claim review was not particularly speedy (about 1 month), our claim was paid in full with no questions asked. We would get a policy from them again.

Since we had no issues on our trip and did not have to file a claim, we cannot attest to how a claim would be handled by the company. However, we can say that the peace-of-mind that the travel insurance policy gave us helped us enjoy the trip to the fullest.

We, thankfully, had no need to file any claim on our travels; but, knowing that we were covered made our trip more relaxing. Also, I neglected to get insurance early on, and only remembered maybe a week before we left, but it was still okay to do so.

I would not recommend CSA because I don't know if it's better or worse than others. However my experience with CSA has been very satisfactory.
