There were several promises to follow up on my claim but no-one ever called. It took two and a half months to receive the payment and there were no problems!! We submitted everything in a timely manor and then just waited without knowing if Global Alert was alert or not!!

We do want you and your fellow customers to be aware that InsureMyTrip offers a Customer Advocate Program. Customer Advocates are representatives assigned to assist customers who experience issues after filing a claim.
