The best insurance policy is one you don't need to use!! My trip was uneventful in this way so I didn't need to find out how the policy worked!

I purchased this plan for my granddaughters who were traveling abroad over the holidays. They returned to the US through JFK airport the day of the great blizzard and were stranded for four days. They called the company immediately and were told what would be covered for their stay in New York until they could get a flight out. After they returned home, they filed their claim and it was paid in full. We were very satisfied with the service.
