Fortunately we did not have to use our coverage but it was comforting to know that we were covered for the all the important items. We did research on a number of plans and decided this was a good price for the coverage provided.

My claim was processed but it took a while because even though I sent the appropriate documentation, I kept getting letters that they needed more information. After many phone calls, they did process my claim.

Frankly, the insurance plans are much too costly, it would be nice if group policies could be purchased. Frankly, our main concern is medical evacuation - the other items, though expensive, are more palatable.

Claim paid within two weeks. I had broken a tooth on a ship and could not get it repair until I returned to states. While they paid for doctor consult on the ship, this policy, as most, did not cover necessary follow-up treatment after you arrive home.
