It is hard to evaluate the quality of the plan when you don't need to use it. I did appreciate the last minute adjustment of our travel dates at no extra charge; however, it took a very long time for this authorization to be approved- we were well into our travels before we received confirmation of the change. This was a bit uncomfortable because we didn't know for sure if we had coverage. So, I would say that I appreciate the changes made, but suggest they be handled in a more expedient manner.

Fortunately, did not have to use the insurance, so cannot comment on plan specifics. Insuremytrip staff helpful in finding the right plan for medical coverage while traveling abroad and cost seemed affordable. Expense worth peace of mind.

Insurance is an item that is a purchase that one NEVER wants to use and thus get the real monetary value. Your travel insurance gives us peace of mind knowing we have no monetary worries during our travel. We are very happy that we didn't need to use your insurance during our trip. What a strange thing, you purchase something you hope you never have to use! Thank you

Peace of mind getting this insurance just in case of emergency was key for me purchasing this insurance.
Since part of my 34 day vacation included walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain, then onto France, it was vital that I was insured just in case I got hurt, got a delay in any of the flights or encountered any emergency listed on Global Alert!
I did not need it, but will purchase again in the future.
I had a wonderful time being insured for 34 days, with no worries.
Since part of my 34 day vacation included walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain, then onto France, it was vital that I was insured just in case I got hurt, got a delay in any of the flights or encountered any emergency listed on Global Alert!

I didn't need to use your insurance coverage but was relieved to have it since I developed a problem back in June, after I purchased the plan, that made it iffy up to the last minute whether or not I could travel. I fortunately could travel. I plan to use your plan again next spring.

We needed to cancel my trip under the "for any reason" category and received 75% of our cost back in under 2 weeks. Of course, 100% back would have been completely satisfying, but just having the assurance that we weren't losing all of the trip cost was fantastic. I will definitely use this company in the future when I travel.
