Your last trip, which experienced the claim, was insured through a different provider that was also available with InsureMyTrip. However, you would have been as happy with the service and care provided by Global Alert should you have experienced another claim.
We could not have been more pleased with our claim results. We had a family death in December and today we received a Full Refund for our claim. Thank you for responding as you did and we will use your insurance again.

We had to cancel 2-3 weeks prior to leaving for our 2 week cruise due to a medical event. When I called to find out what I needed to do, the representative was very kind and patient and provided me clear directions over the phone and then emailed the packet to me. I didn't deal with it for about 3 weeks. I finally put the information together; copies of credit card receipts and invoices and submitted via email. They have an online system where you can track the status of your claim. I received the refund we expected in about 3 weeks.
