I was already in Panama, was required by the institution where I was teaching a short course to have insurance but had thought they would cover it and they did not. I had to get insurance immediately or I could not continue with the course. I emailed my travel agent, her plan would not cover me because I was already out of the U.S., but she found your plan online, talked to a customer service representative and was very pleased with the information. She emailed me your quote link. It was so easy and fast! The policy was emailed to me as a pdf attachment, very convenient. And very reasonably priced. I will definitely choose this plan for my future international travel.

We were leaving for our 3 week trip to the UK but had somehow forgotten to purchase insurance. We didn't need Trip Cancellation Insurance because we were leaving in two days. What we did need is medical coverage since we are both in our 70s. InsureMyTrip found the perfect plan for us in the Global Underwriters Diplomat International Plan. It was very reasonable and would cover our medical expenses and even evacuation if something happened to us. Of course, nothing did, but it was great to know during the entire trip that we would be covered if we had a fall, became ill, or for some other reason had to visit a hospital and see a doctor. The plan also had some nice extras, such as lost, stolen, or damaged luggage. InsureMyTrip came through for us once again. Thank you!

Fortunately we did not need to file a claim as our trip to Australia was trouble-free. It was however reassuring to know that we were covered had there been a problem.

I covered just what I was after and the cost was decent. We were just protecting us in case of an unusual event happening preventing us from going or causing us to interrupt our trip mid way.

Was fantastic in terms of email correspondence, coverage, info provided, easy to buy and total cost (11 bucks only!!). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has to travel abroad and especially those who need to show trip coverage for their visa applications.
Denmark for example has the stupid requirement that your health insurance coverage explicitly state the amount covered is atleast $40000. Now if my policy states 'Unlimited', one would assume that's more than 40grand. But the bureaucrats at Copenhagen want to see only 40grand - since in their way of thinking a billionaire could obviously have millions in a single bank account to cover any unforseen medical expense but not have 40grand on his health policy. Inexplicable!
I bought this as a travel insurance proof of coverage for these exact bureaucrats and was pleasantly surprised with how good their coverage and explanations were. Absolute recommend.
