I did not file a claim so don't know how good it was but the two items I needed coverage for did were not included. Broken cell phone and lost sunglasses. I suppose it is difficult to cover everything and I was glad I had the peace of mind to travel with cover for major events.

I'm not sure a $50,000 rental car collision/damage waiver is enough in Europe, they are renting some very nice cars as "compacts".

Fortunately, I did not need to take advantage of the coverage. I did have peace of mind during my trip. I was especially pleased to find that I could add on rental auto insurance for a modest price. It was accepted by the rental company without question, without their trying to coerce me in to buying their product.
