GoReady Cruise plan offers comprehensive coverage for travelers of any age going on a cruise or a land tour. It includes benefits such as Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Baggage Loss and Delay, Travel Delay, Medical, and Emergency Medical Evacuation. The Pre-Existing Conditions Waiver is included when the policy is purchased any time prior to or within 24 hours of final trip payment and other conditions are met. The plan also includes Trip Inconvenience benefits, Missed Connection, Missed Port of Call, and optional upgrades for additional Baggage Loss and Travel Delay coverage.

We almost had to use the coverage as my husband was in the hospital for 12 days from complications from routine surgery. But we didn't. I really can't say whether anything was good coverage wise as we didn't use it. But, it was easy to communicate with them. As to price, this is the first time on a trip I had ever gotten insurance and frankly I had sticker price shock. We have had friends who did need to use their insurance and they were glad they had gotten it.

Sorry about the sticker shock but premiums are generally based on the age of the travelers, trip cost and length of trip.
