Without a claim I have no basis by which to rate satisfaction or to recommend the plan to others. But leaving the satisfaction question unanswered causes my review to be rejected. So I have to speculate on how satisfied I would be if I had a claim and I'm a pessimist.

I had no travel related issues so there was no need for me to seek benefits that were covered. I was able to travel with peace of mind that coverage was in place if needed.

We have used the HTH for a number of years, especially in 2014 when we were volunteer teaching in Cambodia (we are seniors). We have used them again this year for a recent trip to Croatia and Greece. Its a relief knowing we have this insurance just in case. Highly recommend HTH.

It's hard to rate travel insurance if you don't have to make a claim. That said, after comparing numerous plans, this one seemed to offer the best mix of coverage I was looking for at a decent price.

Good coverage and much more affordable than the plan offered by the travel company. Better coverage for less money makes it a great value. And being able to select the limits which fit our needs made it even better.

Coverage was good on paper, but as I did not have to file a claim I can't really review the product. It would be 5-stars if any claims were handled great and 1-star if I would have had to fight for the coverage.

This plan provided peace of mind while traveling in the event medical care was needed or travel interruptions occurred. It also provided coverage in the event we would have needed to cancel pre-trip for a covered reason. Fortunately we did not need to use the coverage.
