Nice to know that I was covered even though I did not use it this time. In the past I once had to file a claim and it was quickly dealt with. Would not travel internationally without this coverage.

This company doesn't return phone calls and doesn't really handle emergencies after hours. Useless for trip insurance.

HTH Worldwide offers 24/7 medical emergency assistance through our Global Health and Safety Team. Your comments prompted an internal review of your case with our management team. The notes revealed that our Global Health and Safety Team opened a case for you after receiving your call. Unfortunately, the phone call was disconnected while attempting to pass you through to a customer service agent. A Global Health and Safety Coordinator immediately attempted to call you back, but was unable to get through. We regret that this happened and that we were unable to connect with you during the trip."
