Plan provided much better coverage at a superior price to what was offered through my Travel Agent. All questions about the plan, it purchase and its coverage were promptly handled when InsureandGo was contacted by phone. When claims were filed upon completion of the trip, the documentation requested was reasonable and a very understandable process was in place to complete the filing on line. Within 48 hours of filing the claims I was notified they were in process and one claim was authorized to be paid within 7 days after the claim was filed. The second claim was just over two weeks but that delay was caused by my inability to get documentation from one of my travel vendors. Overall. this was a great company to do business with on the first opportunity I have had to cover an extensive and expensive overseas trip with travel insurance.

This was an affordable plan that wss easy to purchase and gave us peace of mind to travel to the other side of the world for three weeks. I'm happy we never needed to use it, but I've had friends what have been injured out of the country and it wasn't a pleasant experience. They now won't travel out of the US. That isn't an option for me!

Since I didn't have any 'incidences' and I didn't file a claim, I can't rate my Insureand Go Global Platinum Insurance plan other than to say it is always a 'peace of mind' to have Trip Insurance prior to travel.
