I ended up having to file a claim with this provider. I thought the claim should be covered under trip interruption but they covered it under trip delay which had a $500 max. Good luck trying to get a real person on the phone. All they responded to was emails - no phone messages and no response on messages left. Buyer beware of the fine print. There are many other companies out there offering their services, I will be using them in the future. Lesson learned.
