Since I did not have to use the plan (as most people never use them) it is hard for me to judge value. I have used InsureandGo multiple times and they seem to have a reasonable price although in my opinion all plans seem expensive for a 1 to 2 week insurance coverage.

We had a claim due to delayed luggage. After waiting 24 hours for the luggage to arrive, we had to purchase some basic clothing items. Upon our return from our trip, I looked at the InsureandGo paperwork required and realized that we didn't have all of the required documentation and the process looked complicated. The representatives at InsureandGo were helpful. They walked us through the claim requirements and streamlined the process. Turns out we had kept our sales receipts, had documentation related to the report filed with the airline and time the bag was received by our boat staff. I was very glad I called the representative and talked with her, as I was tempted to not file the claim as it seemed very overwhelming. We will use them again!

Fortunately, I did not need to use the InsureandGo Global Silver Plan so I do not know how this plan would have worked if I had to use it.
