I bought this plan for a friend who was to travel with me. He got sick and needed surgery a few weeks before we needed to leave and couldn't travel. I contacted the company before we left and was told that it would be no problem and I could file when I returned. I filed on my return and sent in the claim. I was kept informed of the claim process and approval. The check was sent over night in less than one week. Great service and helpful people!
