The Global Silver plan is the most economical of the three international plans offered by InsureandGo while providing primary emergency medical coverage for trips outside of the U.S.
Thankfully we did not need to use the coverage, but it was assuring that we had coverage just in case.
A fellow passenger ended up with an infection and used the ships doctors. Had to have blood work, antibiotics etc. and did not have coverage, ended up with a sizable bill.

I was pleased with the cost of the plan for our 7 day vacation. The plan allowed more coverage then the entity we used for vacation & we feel safer having insurance for our trips rather than not.

I had a medical emergency while on the ship. The ship's medical center charged me over $1,600. After we got home from the cruise, I filed a claim and received a check covering the cost in less than 2 weeks. Great service!

I took out this plan for a trip to cuba after I paid for it I was informed it did not cover cuba when I contacted you I was told you would call me back you did not again I called you said you would call me back you never called me back so I contacted my card and they took the charge off. right before I get an e-mail from you to have a good trip so I call you again then and only then did you tell me it would cover me in cuba. but I had already got other insurance.

The plan covered our trip delay cost satisfactorily. I do believe it was on the expensive side. My one issue was lack of correspondence from one representative. Many e-mails re our claim status, made after a reasonable time went unanswered as did phone messages. It took another representative to answer my questions very nicely. She also communicated that the claim had been processed and was being sent. I appreciate her as being a good rep for the company. She would be my only reason to take this insurance again in the future.

We had to cancel the trip due to an emergency medical situation. We received reimbursement within 7-10 days after providing the requested information, including a medical affidavit signed by the doctor. We were very happy with the customer service and the efficient processing of our claim.
