With the problem in Paris and the fact I had to change plans in Paris on Sunday and needed to know what assistance and coverage I had if I was delayed. I called on Saturday your 24 hour hotline and was told to call back on Monday. That is not responsible.

InsureMyTrip continues to be an excellent resource. Have used the website for over 7 years now. This time I completed my purchase and realized I had miscalculated the total trip cost. Took just a quick email to the company to straighten out the situation. They were very prompt in correcting my error. I'll use them again!
