I broke a tooth while having a lovely German meal and had to have it fixed by a German dentist. When I filed a claim I was denied.

My wife broke a bone in her hand as we arrived in Germany. Upon return home we filed a claim and it was handled quickly and without any long delays which are so common with insurance companies today.. We will use your company again.

Your website and services are excellent. My wife and I now travel out of the US twice a year and always use your site to purchase trip insurance. Thank God we didn't have to use this policy and we were able to travel, but it was nice to have just in case. I recommend this for people with parents who have some health concerns.

Rental car insurance should be investigated In depth. Deduct able is very high and not presented with plan cost. Car went under extra scrutiny because I refused their insurance (Hertz). Got tagged for a scratched wheel at almost $800.00. Plan cost 226.00. Claim. 800.00. compensation. $80.00. My advise, buy car rental insurance from the company you rent from. Pay up for 0 deduct able. You are going to get burned either way. At least this way you know how much and pay upfront. Just my opinion...

It took about 6-8 weeks to get our claim handled. First we were told they did not receive it then they did find it after we submitted it a second time. We did get great satisfaction after we spoke with the manager. We received our money shortly after.
