This plan is with a reputable company, and has pretty comprehensive coverage for the cost. Thankfully we did not have to file a claim so I cannot comment on the quality or timeliness of the response of the claims department.

Although I eventually got my money back, it took a couple of months with many faxes, phone calls and emails. My claim was finally processed fairly, but it was not prorcessed promptly.

Liked all aspects of the travel plan, but didn't need to file a claim. Hopefully, the claims department would be as good as the customer service department in setting up the policy.

Plan provided all the coverage we needed on the cruise. When filing medical claims, called them, and they promptly emailed claim forms. Gathered all required info and submitted all forms via email. Claim processed promptly.
