The people I spoke with were very kind during a most stressful time! They were always calm and answered questions I'd forgotten they'd already answered. We had so much to deal with regarding health issues and had never used travel insurance before. It was heart breaking to cancel this trip, but essential. Thankfully we purchased this insurance, because we ended up needing it. My wife contracted bronchitis a month before our trip. She was still experiencing problems, including breathing difficulties and ear pain from an ear infection, just prior to the trip. We had to cancel the trip and submit a claim. It was processed promptly and we were reimbursed.
