If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

Unfortunately when my wife became ill we were forced to cancel our trip up the Danube from Bucharest to Budapest. The only "challenge" was my forgetting to enclose one piece of information and their needing an actual letter from the trip provider (Avalon) of how much my refund from them would be. Let me thank Avalon as well as they responded immediately with the necessary information. The whole process took less than 30 days.
