The TravCan Premier plan is the higher-end comprehensive trip cost protection plan from InsureAssist as it offers greater coverage limits and more options than the TravCan plan. If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

I had no problems with the InsureAssist TravCan Premier plan itself and fortunately never needed to use it, but InsureMyTrip's customer service leaves much to be desired.

Fortunately we had no need to use our policy, but last year we did. Our trip to Croatia was aborted because my wife came down with shingles in her right ear. She was very sick. My claim was fully covered. A good company to do business with.

I felt very confident and safe knowing that I had such a good insurance plan with you people. And I certainly appreciated your emailing me wishing me a Bon Voyage just before take-off. There are a huge variety of options available on the internet. I chose to call the 800 number provided and the customer service representative was very helpful. If we felt that all of my questions were answered, that I got a better deal than what I expected and the service was excellent.
