The TravCan Premier plan is the higher-end comprehensive trip cost protection plan from InsureAssist as it offers greater coverage limits and more options than the TravCan plan. If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

Although we did not have to file a claim, having this type of coverage on trips of this nature provides solid peace of mind. The price for the coverage we elected was extremely fair and reasonable. Nothing but great things to say about "InsureMyTrip"!

Trip was cancelled due to illness in August, all documents submitted. The insurer claimed to have processed and sent reimbursement 9/13/13 via USPS(no tracking) When check did not arrive within 10 days, I was informed I would have to wait 30 more days before they would track the missing check. My guess is they never sent it. After making several phone calls to insurer, requesting new check be sent with tracking(at my expense) they refused stating company policy was USPS. I finally called InsureMyTrip and asked they advocate for me(which they did) and my payment was finally received Oct 29.. DO NOT TRUST INSURE ASSIST, dishonest

Although I didn't need to make a claim against this plan. It was reassuring to know that it was available to me should the need arise. I would purchase another InsureAssist TravCan Premier Plan for another trip.

I did not have to use the plan so I can't really say I was satisfied with it. However, the price was great and gave me more coverage for less money than most of the other more popular insurance companies. I liked that it allowed me to waive pre-existing illness clause if I purchased it within 21 days of my initial deposit. That was an important part in my decision to have purchased it.

Your website and services are excellent. My wife and I now travel out of the US twice a year and always use your site to purchase trip insurance. I informed a friend of mine about your services and he has now purchased trip insurance from it for his next trip. He regrets not knowing about your site sooner.
