I had to repeatedly submit documentation and when I tried to call and speak with an agent, I was not able to contact anyone. It was a very difficult process and not easy to submit what was requested. I would not recommend this company in the future.

The travel insurance police I obtained from IMG provided peace of mind during our cruise to the Bahamas. The online purchase enabled me to easily compare quotes from 3 companies in terms of price and items covered. I will definitely use the IMG online system again next time I book travel insurance.

Note, while we had no emergencies, it does happen. A person on our cruise did experience a medical emergency while at sea and had to be removed via Helicopter. Hopefully, they had travel insurance.
