We had a major issue with IMG and InsureMyTrip. As we incurred additional travel expenses and requested increased coverage we received confirmations for the increases from InsureMyTrip but IMG was not billing my credit card due to some error in their systems. It took months to get this straightened out and then only with my constant intervention. I don't think InsureMyTrip was as helpful as it could have been in assisting me to resolve this with IMG.

Upon receiving your review, we did read through the issues that arose when you called to increase your total trip cost. We certainly agree that it should not take 2 months to resolve transactions that are usually completed within 2 days.
