Thanks for asking. It was my first time buying trip insurance, and the process was straightforward, which I appreciate. It was hard for me to answer the question, "How satisfied were you with this plan?" To be able to respond, I would have had to file a claim and see how that process went (e.g., insurer's responsiveness, customer service, etc.) as that is the most critical part.
