Dig Deep before you purchase insurance from this company…look at reviews from individuals who have filed claims and you’ll see a consistent pattern…lots of poor reviews, unresponsive, and lack of a positive recommendation. IMT gives them a decent rating because most people don’t file a claim and report only ‘easy purchase’ and “peace of mind.” Their processes and procedures are extremely slow and unresponsive— taking stances that keep their money and ignoring submissions from legitiment medical professionals. Do not buy this travel insurance. We have filed a complaint with our state’s insurance department and employed legal consul to light a fire under them. Embarrassing that IMT recommends them.

I am always skeptical about insurance when it is time to file a claim and they usually look for excuse not to pay but at the time of covid, they actually paid with little to no difficulty. I thank them for it.

I didn’t have to file any claims, so can’t speak to how well that would work out. I can say they offered a wide range of plans with detailed coverage explanations at what appeared to be reasonable pricing. I had called customer service with questions before purchasing the plan and found the rep to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I am a caregiver for my Mom who is 90. Once a year I take a vacation, because I really need it. Having good trip insurance is essential, because I never know if I will need to cancel or reschedule my trip. I have used Insure my Trip for my three trips to Europe since 2013. Although I have not executed any claims , It gives a person better security. On this last recent trip, I was on the fence about canceling three days before leaving. I did not have to cancel or interrupt my trip , but it was a possibility.
