The customer service agent was helpful on the phone and sent out a claim form immediately. The claim form was straight-forward and easy to fill out. Once I had the physician's form completed I mailed the claim in. It was processed in about 4 weeks without any problems.

This plan was the least expensive plan I found that covered the services I needed. Fortunately the trip went well and I did not need to file a claim and can not comment on that aspect.

Since I didn't have to use it, I can't really say how well it works. It did have the coverage I wanted though the medical piece was not needed. Would prefer an option without medical.
