The plan has adequate coverage and reasonable price. However, I did not file any claims in order to determine how fast they will reimburse their customers. Overall, I was glad I had coverage that would have protected us in case of emergency.

You never know when something might happen and you need medical services when you are not in the US. This gave me peace of mind as I was traveling with a child and I am glad that I didn't have to use it. It is well worth the expense.

The brief description stated lost luggage but it did not include stolen luggage. That was a huge disappointment since many plans cover stolen luggage and this policy does not. We had our luggage stolen but cannot file a claim.

Didn't have to use it but coverage was so comforting to have and so reasonably priced. Will absolutely put it at top of our list for next cruise.

The coverage provided on this policy for baggage is only in the event your common carrier is responsible for losing your luggage. The policy states: "Subject to the limits set forth in the Schedule of Benefits/Limits, the Company will reimburse the Insured Person for the cost of lost checked luggage when such luggage was permanently lost in transit by a Common Carrier during the Period of Coverage"
