We didn't use any coverage, so can't give any review on policy service. I liked the InsureMyTrip user interface -- it told me what I needed to know about coverages and allowed me to compare policies easily, including reviews from people who had had cause to use their coverage. And it gave me some confidence that the companies had been vetted.

Excellent price and options. Very impressed with the length of time you have been in business and your customer satisfaction rating. Even though we didn't have to use the coverage, it was wonderful to know we had it if we needed it. Thanks too, for checking on us after the earthquakes in Italy. We were not near the devastation, but we sure appreciated you checking on us.

It's hard to pay for something you don't use but comforting to know the coverage is there if and when you need it. I will never travel without insurance again.
