Customer service of insure my trip was excellent, they helped me narrow down the search on a few specific priorities and highlighted a plan I would of otherwise not recognized that was the best fit balancing also price. The night we landed, our 3 year old daughter started vomiting and couldn't keep food or water down for a few hours. I called the insurance number and their agent was very professional and helpful finding us a hospital that was 5 minutes away. I thought our daughter may have caught a stomach bug so we gave her Pedialyte after a few hours to keep her hydrated.and she recovered without the need for medical attention. Just having the help on the phone made us feel it was a.no hassle process. We will purchase this coverage as again.

I purchased the "cancel for any reason" insurance, and then had to cancel my flight. I sent in the paperwork requested and a few weeks later received a reimbursement of the airfare cost. It worked! So I do recommend this insurance. Please be sure to carefully read the "cancel for any reason" rules to be certain that is what you are covered for!
