Impossible to say how satisfied, since I fortunately didn't need to use the insurance. IMO satisfaction can only be rated based on claims experience. I have another policy for a trip later this year and I hope not to need it either!

When one of my group had a serious medical problem, I was unable to reach the insurer. After listening to canned music for longer than I found reasonable, I called someone else. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, one of your party did require emergency medical assistance and you were unable to get a response to your call. As stated in your policy, 24 Hour Emergency Assistance should have been available at (866) 243-7524 (within the U.S.) or 1-317-655-9798 (Outside U.S.)
