The plan has adequate coverage and reasonable price. However, I did not file any claims in order to determine how fast they will reimburse their customers. Overall, I was glad I had coverage that would have protected us in case of emergency.

You never know when something might happen and you need medical services when you are not in the US. This gave me peace of mind as I was traveling with a child and I am glad that I didn't have to use it. It is well worth the expense.

I don't normally buy insurance but with the worst flu season ever and a toddler and pregnant wife going on the trip, it was a no brainer. The travel agent / cruise line wanted $160, was $50 here for better coverage. Got quote over the phone and completed app online so i could see all the details.
