We were impressed with the ease of filing a claim and the timely response that we received. This was the first time that we had been unfortunate in our travels. We were able to make a call with ease from India to customer service to confirm coverage and assurance that we were covered. The peace of mind allowed us to continue our travels without worrying. Obtaining the plan was easy since it was clearly spelled out. With everything else to do for a last minute trip it was nice not to have to spend hours researching the plans. I will most likely use the same plan in the future.
