Didn't need to use the plan, so hard to say much other than it seemed well priced for what you received in coverage and receiving / managing the coverage credentials was easy. The insure my trip app that had the plan loaded into it was great.
Obviously the hope is you never need to use it and it's only insurance. Would likely buy again depending on current rates and coverages.

The insurance is easily bought online, fully documented and emailed to you. The the true test of a good plan, however, is when you have to file a claim. Fortunately, I did not have to do that.
