Fortunately, I did not need to use the insurance on this trip. That would be the true test of how good the coverage was, however, I'm hoping I never have that learning experience. I just know that I would not travel without this coverage and I believe the policy covered anything I would have needed.

Good policy at a reasonable cost. I always use insure my trip when insurance is necessary for my travel schedule. Their reps are very helpful and courteous always offering a lot of options and explain the payment schedule so that the premium is paid in a timely manner. Thankfully, I have never had to file a claim.

This is the second time I have used John Hancock for my trip insurance and I have not yet had an incident that required me to file a claim. However it is priced lower than the travel clubs insurance plans and the coverage appears to be adequate so I would use this plan again.

I did not make any claims on this policy in that it went smoothly but it was a comfort knowing I had it in the event I needed it. I had booked my trip 4 months earlier and I was concerned of any sicknesses I or other family members might encounter but the heavens smiled down on me and all went fine. I would recommend it to anyone in similar circumstances, may your travels end with a smile.
