I did not use the MEDEX TravMed Abroad plan. However, next time I will add on other important factors like delays, lost luggage, etc. The person that I called at InsureMyTrip to get the plan prior to going to Scotland was extremely pleasant and helpful. This does make a big difference.

I was going back to the U.K. for a funeral, so obviously, I booked my insurance at very short notice. Your website is simple to follow, and easy to execute, which is just as well as I was in a distressed condition. Of course, the real test of the plan is when you have to use it, and I am grateful that we didn't need it, but the online order process was simple, the benefits explained with reasonable clarity, and we could therefore not worry about that aspect of being abroad.
