Everything was very well handled, good telephone support. But I never filed a claim, so the big test remains open. Hope I never have to file a claim, of course.

MEDEX TravMed Choice Inbound
I had to use my travel insurance this trip to take my daughter to the emergency room after she lost a fingernail. The representatives I talked to at Medex were friendly, professional, and efficient. All the paperwork and bills were taken care of directly between the hospital and Medex, and all I paid was the deductible.
Despite the accident, we had a wonderful vacation and the peace of mind this insurance gave me was priceless. I am truly grateful.
