We ended up choosing M.H. Ross because, when we first contracted with a different insurer, it was not clear how the time limit for pre-existing medical conditions was calculated. InsureMyTrip could help with this by highlighting how this calculation is performed by each insurer. We did not need to file a claim. Our limited experience with M.H. Ross was completely satisfactory.

We had to change our trip at the last minute and they worked with us to get everything transferred to the new dates. Have not filed a claim so I can not comment on that.

I want to say thank you to M.H. Ross! My husband and I travel a lot, and don't always purchase travel insurance. We have, on a few occasions, when our trip is overseas. While abroad, we unexpectedly had to return home due to illness. We didn't expect this to happen, and found ourselves facing a significant loss (financially). We filed a claim that was approved, and we were reimbursed a fair amount that allowed us to recoup most of our loss. Thank you so very much! I would highly recommend this carrier to anyone, and I am truly appreciative.
