For the reasonable cost, it provided me with peace of mind. My biggest concern was an emergency evacuation from the cruise ship or an island to home if injured or unexpected illness, which this plan covered.

Very positive review, but I had no claim. It is easy for insurance companies to have a good product at a good price, but the only valuable review would be from someone that had a claim.

Filing a claim is the only way one can judge an insurance company. Unfortunately, my trip was cancelled secondary to snowy conditions. Getting the claim paid was an adventure in itself. I had just about enough when they insisted that they need my 8 year old's signature! The claim finally got paid when I threatened to file a complaint with government agencies.
