Thank you for your feedback on the policy. The Nationwide Prime plan provides an ample benefit amount of one million dollars for emergency medical evacuation. The most cost effective way to secure additional accidental death coverage is to increase the benefit limit on your policy or purchase a supplemental accidental death and dismemberment policy. If you were looking to supplement the emergency medical limit for accidental injuries and emergency illnesses, we do offer secondary travel medical polices. I bought this inexpensive plan ($56 for 2 persons) for our cruise trip for peace of mind. I did not have to file any claims, because we had a perfect vacation. However, I remember meeting a American man at hotel in Germany several years ago - he was in a very bad and expensive situation after his wife fell off the moving sidewalk at the airport. She was in traction in the hospital and could not travel on the plane home.
