This plan worked out great for us. Due to an illness in our family we were unable to take our trip. We had to provide bank or credit card statements for all expenses and once we did the claim was processed in a matter of days. The checks were mailed out promptly but the USPS took almost 2 weeks to deliver. We would have lost over $17000 without this insurance. Customer service (Flo) was very helpful answering questions we had.

Fortunately I did not need to file a claim. However, the clarity & ease I experienced in the application process put me @ total ease knowing I had what I needed in place should I have needed to file a claim.
