We have used it several times in the past and have found it to be a good value for the coverage provided. I am not sure how to answer those questions because I did not use the plan. I did purchase it but I did not use itit. I did have peace of mind because I know in case something happened I do have a coverage overseas. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family in future and I also be buying more insurance is from you. Thanks
