Since I (fortunately) did not have to file a claim, I cannot comment on their claim service. But their customer service in setting up the plan was quite good. The price is high (perhaps 10-13% of the insured amount) but it seems that is the going cost for any competing plan too.

Cannot say how good the plan was since I did not need to file a claim. Having the peace of mind knowing we were covered in case of a medical emergency while on our cruise was worth it. There were 3 people that need to be taken off our ship for medical help. Knowing that we had the insurance while out of the country especially if we need to be evacuated by helicopter gave us great peace of mind.

Being cruise specific was nice. Easy to buy on this site. Have never had a claim with any travel insurance and hope we never do. I trust they would pay as agreed, however it's sad to see so many reviews of many companies with claims issues.
